SPR# PMIA76ZHT6 - An error message "View Format has been modified by someone" was displayed intermittently when the view is open. This was caused due to a corrupt cache.ndk. This SPR fixes this issue by loading the frameset data from the database rather than the cache. This also fixes the corruption as the newly loaded frameset data is overwritten on the cache's corrupt data.
